Thanks For The Comments
Like the title says, thanks for the comments. It's cool that people I don't even know are reading the blog. All the comments that are posted are also forwarded to my e-mail account. The first thing I do whenever I get onto the internet is check my e-mail with giddy anticipation. It's always cool to see comments. One of the commentors, not to be confused with co-mentors, even left the address to his blog. While we have differing political views it is exactly that right to have your own opinion that we're fighting for in Iraq, and we fought for here on our own soil a few hundred years ago.
I'm still on my extended weekend vacation with my wife here in the thriving downtown metropolis of Copperas Cove, Texas. If your in town drop me an e-mail, maybe we could have lunch. So far we've just bounced around the area, did some shopping for the kids and saw a movie. We're really just relaxing and talking and taking it easy.
I just wanted to post a quick thank you for the comments. Comments are kind of like when you we're in college, or camp, or somewhere away from your family and you got mail. You remember going to the mailbox everyday with that small glimmer of hope that there might be a letter or note only to have your frail hopes dashed against the razor sharp rocks of lonely disappointment. Well it wasn't really that bad but you get the picture. So thanks for saving my frail psyche from a watery grave.
Once the Army starts up again I should have more interesting things to post.

You're welcome!
So nice to find out you have a visitor, that's really nice and we are happy for both of you. We're enjoying the beautiful leaves and are praying the weather stays nice as we are to leave on the motorcycle for Arkansas this Friday.
It's nice to click on your site and get an update on your life! How neat! We'll keep your family in our prayers. Cousins P & M
Beautiful fall day here in Indiana. We are going to rake the backyard today hoping to plant grass seed. Bought bales of straw at Walmart, yes, I said Walmart. Glad you could have the time together. God is good, you are in our thoughts and prayers most often. Bless you both. KM
Are we feeling the love now? Wow! glad you got responses to your post. I told you there were people out there who care. Hope your long weekend was a good one with Mrs.GWM and that you got spend alot of quality time together. Thanks for the call it was good to talk with you. Let me know if there is something you haven't thought of that you need so we can send it. Take care. TM
Hey,
I am just on my way out for a few hours of driving to get some 1 1/4 2H nuts for an emergency at a customer. So much for a nice evening at home lol. I am glad that things worked out for you this weekend, and am especially glad that you are the type of person that can handle adversity. I just found out that one of the kids I used to wrestle with decided not to go back to Iraq for another tour and decided to end his life instead. Pray for Jake "The Snake"'s family. He had set the state record for victories in season going 56-0 our senior year, but without God, all physical strenght and toughness is nill.

It's nice reading it, so keep it up. :)
Do you think you will be able to keep writing on your blog spot once you are in Iraq? I really hope so, I do look forward to reading it practically every day. I hope to hear your answer this Friday.
Hey GW - I finally figured out what buttons to push. I e-mailed you earlier, but want you to know there is still hope for the oldeer generation when it comes to computers. Glad to hear you had a good weekend. I'm sure parting again was extremely hard. Keeping you in my prayers. Jesus loves you - me too! RM
Hi GWM. How excited I was to hear from Mrs. GWM on Sat.morning. I was happy the rest of the day about it-just smiling like crazy. Hope you guys had a great weekend. I'm sure you both needed it. On one of my earlier posts I asked if you would recommend that book In the Presence of my Enemies. Maybe you could answer that in your next mail call. Also, I appreciated your opinion on the Bush/Kerry thing. I've been reading your posts pretty much daily. I love technology-at least when I know how to use it! I was also wondering if you would be able to continue this once you're in Iraq. Still praying for you and the Mrs. and kids daily. M. Pads Coach/Owner
Hey GWM, MT here. No not PMT but MT. The filter worked great on my Subway hike. What a great time, fairly grueling, but not as tough as Whitney. I missed you on the hike, and look forward to your return so we can start up our outdoor group.
I have a new job with more responsibility now, but other than that nothing new to report. My NFL dreams are still in the rearview mirror, but now my Major League dreams are coming into focus. Our Church softball team started last Thursday and we won twice; we have a doubleheader every Thursday. It is a coed team that CR and KR started. Mpads coach is also playing. She has never played before, but we practiced today and she is a natural. I have never seen the kind of speed she exhibited today. Ouch. Sorry, she is reading over my shoulder.
Anyway, I bet half the fun of these e-mails is deciphering who is who, but I guess that's what you're trained for, huh? You can't see all the typos I am making as I type, but Mpads roach (coach)sure is getting a kick out of it.
Can you feel the love now? Hope so. Have a good day, we'll talk to you later.

Just the "Instant-Multiple-Mommy 2000" here. I am so glad to know that you both had a great time. I could here it in the Mrs. voice when she checked in. God bless mommy's everywhere that heard any heard on a daily basis (and bless the daddy's, too!) For the most part, they had a fun time. Every now and then a voice was raised to end the battle over Thomas or Duncan or the caboose. I tried to get video of the group sleeping piled up and sprawled out. Took me ten minutes figuring out the "night mode" even with my "techie" husband. The Mrs. said it was worth it . . then by all means . . . it was WELL worth it for us as well. Now, I hope you are paying attention in class. If you are like my MR., stop the doodling and take notes. I'm sure you are more studious then he. Oops! He might read this someday. Anyway, the bird and lamb made me laugh so many times, I will do it again in a heartbeat if it needed. (Are you reading this, MRS.?) Your friend, sister-in-Christ and "Instant-Multiple-Mommy 2000" CnH
